Every FEITIÇO piece is designed to be collected, worn, and remembered.
To ensure the best possible shopping experience, please take a moment to review the following information before placing your order.
ORDER POLICY
Please choose your size and style carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have any questions regarding sizing, materials, or product details, our customer service team will be happy to assist you before placing your order.
As each FEITIÇO piece is produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Returns are accepted only in the case of verified product defects. Size exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.
SIZE EXCHANGE
If the size is unsuitable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Include all original packaging and tags
• Show no signs of wear, including on the outsole
• Remain in its original, resalable condition
For size exchanges, customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
All FEITIÇO orders are shipped from Shanghai, China. For international orders, please consider shipping time and costs before requesting an exchange.
Once your exchange request has been approved, our customer service team will guide you through the process.
SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order, as policies and fees vary by destination.
FEITIÇO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
